Cedarburg Dawgs

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. It is $90 to register a team of 6 players. You can play with less players, but may be at a disadvantage against other teams who play with 6, so we encourage a full roster. There will be rules presented the day of the event.
