Cedarburg Dawgs

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. It is $100 to register a team of up to 9 players, but only 6 will play per game.  You can play with less players, but may be at a disadvantage against other teams who play with 6, so we encourage a full roster. 

Teams will be put into divisions by age & competitive level after registrations closes.  There will be rules presented the day of the event.
